Hogehilweg 1 is located in the Hondsrugpark subarea. Over time, Hondsrugpark will transition from being primarily an office-focused area to becoming the green heart of a vibrant new residential district. NSI has owned Hogehilweg 1 since 1997, and the building offers nearly 2,500 sqm of office space. The building features several sustainability measures, including 178 solar panels with a total installed capacity of 47,900 kWh and heat recovery through the use of a thermal wheel.
