Our current portfolio consists of 44 buildings, with a primary focus on Amsterdam and selectively on the best locations in other major cities in the Netherlands.
In addition to a strong core of 36 office assets, we own five Life Science buildings located in one of Europe's leading Life Science clusters, and we see significant long-term redevelopment potential for residential use within our portfolio.
Our own in-house flex office operator, HNK, has been rolled out over nine locations, with a tenth on the way.
All buildings are strategically located near major, easily accessible and a comprehensive transport hubs, offering sustainable places to live and work, along with a comprehensive range of services.
