Introducing Atlanta, an iconic office landmark in the heart of Amsterdam’s city centre, renowned for its historic grandeur.

Built in 1929, this building offers over 6,500 sqm of office space, including a rooftop terrace with spectacular views of the city. The building’s first tenant, an American car manufacturer, created both an office and a showroom in Atlanta. As a tribute to its history, the building still houses a 1949 burgundy Chrysler Coupe Windson car on the mezzanine level. Over the years, Atlanta has had many tenants, both large and small, as it was designed as a multi-let building from the very beginning. The current occupant is one of the world's largest flexible operators, offering flexible office spaces, desks, and meeting rooms.
