NSI named Global Sector Leader in annual GRESB assessment
In the annual Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), NSI has been named Global Sector Leader in the category Listed – Offices. For the sixth consecutive year, NSI has achieved the maximum five-star rating. The five-star rating is the highest possible GRESB performance level and reflects recognition as a frontrunner in sustainability.
NSI’s overall score is 94 out of 100, once again an improvement on the 93 points achieved in 2024. With this result, NSI ranks eighth among the 103 participating listed real estate companies in Europe.
In the coming years, NSI will continue to invest extensively in sustainable buildings. The key objective is to reduce the portfolio’s energy consumption to ≤ 85 kWh/m² per year by 2035, ensuring NSI remains below the threshold set by the Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor (CRREM) and aligned with the Paris Agreement. The outcome will be a future-proof portfolio that meets the needs and expectations of the users of our buildings.
