CSU and Tzorg lease 3,100 sqm at HNK Rotterdam Alexander
NSI has signed a long-term lease agreement with CSU and Tzorg for approximately 3,100 sqm at HNK Rotterdam Alexander, located at Marten Meesweg 101 in Rotterdam. As a result, approximately 85% of the building’s conventional office space was pre-let ahead of completion.
CSU and Tzorg, both part of the family-owned company Total Care, are leading providers of facility and home care services and market leaders in cleaning and home care services in the Netherlands. Together, they support thousands of locations and 70,000 clients with professional cleaning, facility and support solutions. The company distinguishes itself through a strong focus on people-centred working, sustainability and innovation.

Paris-Proof transformation
NSI has transformed the 1981 office building into a Paris-Proof flagship location for its own flexible office concept, HNK. The building comprises approximately 10,000 sq m of office space across seven floors. It offers a workplace where hospitality, sustainability, well-being and convenience come together with high-quality facilities and services.
