Vitrum

Retrofitting an Amsterdam classic

Parnassusweg 101

1077 DE Amsterdam

NSI acquired the Vitrum building in 2018. This iconic bridge building is ideally located between the city centre and Amsterdam’s central business district, the South Axis.

NSI recognised the need for redevelopment upon acquisition and has since planned an expansion to 14,200 sqm of lettable floor area (LFA). The project features a transparent façade, enhancing natural light, occupant well-being, and a modern office environment. Demonstrating NSI’s commitment to sustainable, high-quality spaces, Vitrum will set a benchmark in eco-friendly redevelopment. It aims for Paris-proof standards, a BREEAM Outstanding rating, and WELL Gold certification, meeting the growing demand for environmentally conscious solutions.
