NSI and ING sign cooperation and lease agreement for Laanderpoort
NSI N.V. (Euronext: NSI / NL0012365084) - Regulatory news
NSI and ING have signed a cooperation agreement and a preliminary lease agreement for a new 35,000 sqm development at Laanderpoort in Amsterdam Southeast. The agreement will see NSI and ING working together to add a new landmark to innovation district ‘Cumulus Park’ (www.cumuluspark.com), part of an increasingly vibrant mixed-use submarket of Amsterdam.
ING will lease circa 31,000 sqm for a period of 15 years and NSI will operate a version of its in-house HNK flex office brand in the remaining 4,000 sqm. HNK can accommodate (fintech) start- and scale-ups that want to be close to ING.
The lease agreement with ING is subject to planning and a leasehold agreement with the municipality of Amsterdam and other conditions subsequent agreed between NSI and ING. Construction is planned to commence in Q1 2022 and the capex (excl. land) is expected to be circa € 120 million.
This is a major step in a new exciting phase for NSI. We are proud to partner with ING on this project. ING and NSI share a passion to create a new modern future-proof office building, replacing the existing 13,000 sqm of dated office space acquired by NSI in 2017
