Today NSI held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on April 21 2021. Shareholders approved all resolutions.

A total of 11,680,273 shares were represented at the meeting, representing an equal amount of votes. This represents 60.55% of the total issued shares outstanding amounting to 19,291,415
