Resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of NSI
NSI N.V. (Euronext: NSI / NL0012365084) - Regulatory news
NSI held its AGM yesterday, 21 April. All resolutions have passed. As such, Alianne de Jong has been reappointed as CFO for a new four year term, starting in September. Margreet Haandrikman has also been reappointed as member of the supervisory board.
The final vote count on the resolutions will be published on the website within 15 days.
