NSI completes EUR 20 million share buyback programme of 7 March 2024

NSI N.V. announces that as of the 30th of September it has completed its EUR 20 million share buyback programme which was announced on 7 March 2024.

Under the share buyback programme, a total of 1,034,629 ordinary shares were repurchased, representing 5.13% of issued shares, at an average price of EUR 19.33 for a total amount of EUR 20,000,024.
