NSI achieves five-star rating in annual GRESB assessment for the fifth consecutive year
In the annual Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), NSI has achieved the maximum five-star rating for the fifth consecutive year.
The five-star rating is the highest GRESB performance and recognition as a leader in sustainability. NSI's total score was 93 out of 100 points. With this achievement, NSI ranks fourth among all 105 participating listed real estate companies in Europe.
In the coming years, NSI will continue to invest in sustainable buildings. The primary aim is to reduce the energy consumption of the portfolio to ≤ 85 kWh/m² per year by 2035, ensuring NSI remains below the standards set by the Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor (CRREM). The result is a future-proof portfolio that meets the needs and requirements of the users of our buildings.
Bernd Stahli, CEO, stated: “Achieving the five-star rating once again is a strong recognition of the team's commitment to sustainability. This achievement highlights our progressive approach to the sustainability of our assets, aiming for a future-proof, Paris-aligned portfolio.”
