NSI held its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) on 28 February 2024 convened for the appointment of Marlies Janssen as member of the Supervisory Board. As a result of the EGM, Marlies Janssen has been appointed as a new member of the Supervisory Board of NSI N.V.
