Hoofddorp, 12 July 2017 – NSI NV (“NSI”) enters an agreement for a new lease with G4S for a period of 10 years. The agreement covers more than 62 3,128 m2 office space and parking spaces at the Hogehilweg 12 in Amsterdam Zuidoost. With this transaction, the building remains fully rented.
This centrally located office building in Amsterdam Zuidoost is already one of the head offices of G4S and meets the expectations of G4S fully. Therefore the confidence in this location is pronounced, which has resulted in a new 10-year agreement.
