NSI N.V. is a Dutch listed commercial property investor. We enable our customers to achieve maximum productivity and growth, providing best-in-class flexible space solutions and services in modern, healthy, sustainable buildings in prime locations. The portfolio consists of 49 properties with a value of 1.3 billion euros.
We see that the new way of working is more than ever focused on design, inspiration, creation, reflection and collaboration. It is essential that a future-proof office optimally supports these tasks. In order to create these inspiring locations for productive employees, NSI will be developing its own offices in the coming years. This is a new branch of sport, for which the knowledge and capacity are currently being built. The development pipeline is large: €850 million. We will spread this over the next ten years. By developing ourselves, we have the unique opportunity to add more value for our tenants and shareholders.
We think it is important to make our offices greener and are working on this every day. In our sustainability ambition we look beyond energy labels and the mandatory laws and regulations. Especially in new construction and major renovation projects, we are busy developing the healthy, sustainable offices of the future. This fits in with our sustainability strategy in which Futureproof Buildings, Energy & Carbon and Health & Wellbeing are central. We do this together with our tenants. We include them in our sustainability goals and involve tenants in the challenge we face together.

With our own flexible office concept HNK, we have been actively responding to the wishes and needs of users since 2012. We believe that people can work optimally if they are in an inspiring and professional environment with a good atmosphere. That is why we create places where professionals have the opportunity to deliver exceptional performance. All locations are equipped with the best service. In the future, the service level of HNK and the NSI properties will be closer together. After all, space as a service is no longer a niche, it is the norm.
Our Management Board consists of Bernd Stahli (CEO) and Alianne de Jong (CFO). They have the primary responsibility for creating a vision of long-term value creation, formulating a corresponding strategy and realizing the corresponding objectives. In doing so, the Management Board is supervised by the Supervisory Board and is accountable to the General Meeting of Shareholders on an annual basis.
The Supervisory Board consists of Jan-Willem de Geus (chair), Karin Koks (vicechair), Margreet Haandrikman and Jan Willem Dockheer. The main task of the SB is to supervise the way in which the Management Board implements the strategy for long-term value creation and the general course of events in the company and the business. The Supervisory Board advises the Management Board.
