NSI N.V. is a specialist commercial property investor and the only listed real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on well-located offices in economic growth regions in The Netherlands.

The NSI team aims to maximise returns for its shareholders through pro-active management of its investment portfolio, value-add initiatives and disciplined asset rotation. The portfolio, with a value of over one billion euros, is underpinned by a strong balance sheet, with significant capacity to fund both internal and external growth.

By investing in attractive space and a high level of services for its customers, NSI can generate sustainable and growing revenues to
support an attractive level of dividend.

Management Board

The primary responsibility of the management board is to develop a vision for long-term value creation, to formulate a matching strategy and to achieve the goals that are set from this.

The Management Board is supervised by the Supervisory Board and is accountable to the General Meeting of Shareholders every year.

Supervisory Board

The primary duty of the Supervisory Board is to supervise the Management Board in its implemention of the long-term value creation strategy and the general course of business of NSI and its affiliated enterprises, and advises the Management Board thereon.

A special route since 1992. 

1992

The company is established

1993

The company is named Nieuwe Steen Investments N.V.

1998

NSI is now listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange.

2000

NSI is given the status of a fiscal investment institution.

2007

Founder Zeeman sells his interest in NSI to Habas. The strategy changes and NSI goes international.

2008

NSI acquires properties in Switzerland.

2011

With the take-over of Vastned Offices/Industrials N.V., NSI is expanding its portfolio and strengthening its position on the Dutch office market. The name Nieuwe Steen Investments is changed to NSI N.V.. After the merger, Switzerland is no longer the core market. NSI now focuses entirely on the Belgian and Dutch market.

2013

NSI attracts for EUR 300 million of new capital. The last Swiss properties are being sold.

2016

NSI sells the remaining interest in the Belgian Intervest Offices & Warehouses. A large part of the commercial property portfolio is also sold.

2017

Strategic reorientation. NSI becomes a specialist on the Dutch office market.
